Terms & Conditions:

1. Overview

By commissioning or purchasing custom artwork from Blessed B, you agree to these

Terms & Conditions. Each piece is handmade and considered custom made-to-order.

2. Custom Orders & Design Process

All artwork is created based on client descriptions or references. Artist retains creative freedom unless otherwise agreed in writing. Variations may occur due to handmade nature.

3. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin. Remaining balance is due upon completion before shipment or pickup. No work is released until paid in full. Unpaid balances beyond 7–14 days may result in cancellation.

4. Pricing

Pricing is based on size, complexity, and materials. Additional changes may incur extra fees.

5. Revisions & Changes

One to two minor revisions allowed during sketch stage. Major changes after approval may incur fees or may not be possible.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated completion is 2–6 weeks depending on workload and complexity. Delays may occur due to materials or drying time.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Client is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Artist is not responsible for carrier delays or damage after shipment.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled once work has begun. Completed work is non-refundable.

9. Copyright & Usage Rights

Artist retains copyright unless otherwise agreed. Artist may use images for portfolio and marketing. Artwork may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

10. Client Responsibility

Client must provide accurate details and approve final design. Artist is not responsible for approvederrors.

11. Damage & Care

Artist is not responsible for damage after delivery. Care instructions will be provided when applicable.

12. Agreement

Payment of deposit confirms agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
